Well this is my first attempt to rip vinyl to mp3. It's pretty decent quality for now until I can master (or at least get better) at recording records. But anyway, this is, or was a pretty bad ass female fronted hardcore punk band from Chico, California. One of my friends gave me this 7" a few years back. Here's their Myspace for more info.

Iconoclast (3 Different Bands- California, New Jersey, & Japan)

So I bought Iconoclast's first 7" released on ebullition records a few years back, and for about a year now I've had an Iconoclast patch on my shorts.
I recently decided to see what other albums these guys had online; I was very confused by their varying sound from album to album. I did a little more research and I found out there are quite a few bands with the name Iconoclast (http://www.anarcho-punk.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=580&p=640).
So apparently I had the New Jersey Iconoclast's 7", and the California Iconoclast's patch. Well, now I know. It feels good to learn. Fuck, Fuck, Mother Fuck!
Anyway, to solve a bit of confusion anyone else might be having, here's a band from Cali, a band from Jersey, and a band from Japan, all with the name, Iconoclast.

Anti-82 was a crust band from Victorville, California. They broke up a few years back and no longer play any shows. They use to play alot of shows in the Inland Empire Area with the band M.A.D. i posted in the last one. They played with The Dickies, Dr. Know, DI, And other old school punk bands. This demo is very rough quality, but its the only recordings out there from these guys. I got this demo from one of the old members. Enjoy Bitches...

This album is pretty cool. Track 2, Chip On Your Shoulder, has a Cocksparrer sample, track 3 has a Blitz bassline,  track 4 has a 4-Skins beat, and halfway thru track 7 has an awesome Black Flag beat. It's old school punk meets underground hip-hop.

This Band Is Fucking Awesome! I'm not Sure if their still playing shows, but when they did, they always put on a hell of a performance. The lead singer, Manny, would throw political flyer's, demo Cd's, and other random shit to the crowd while changing thru multiple layers of costumes. Bad Ass Thrash Punk Shit!
